A seven member Board of Trustees, each member elected to a two-year term by the homeowners, governs Lochstead.  The Board of Trustees is responsible for both the fiscal and physical maintenance of Lochstead and its amenities, determines policy, and interprets and applies the by-laws to operational matters in the community. Every July at the Annual Meeting, residents gather to discuss community concerns, vote to approve new board members, and receive a yearly financial report from our accountant.
